TBSP, a regional leader in printing and security solutions, today announced its second-quarter 2026 results, reporting a sharp leap in growth. Combined revenue from sales and services reached THB 131.5 million, up 166.1% year-on-year, lifting combined revenue from sales and services for the first six months of 2026 to THB 242.7 million, a 227.1% increase year-on-year, while the net loss narrowed to THB 18 million. The improvement stems from proactive business restructuring aimed at establishing the company as a key player in the manufacturing technology industry, as it expands into the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) segment. This new business line has begun generating revenue and shows significant growth potential, positioning it as an important New S-Curve for building long-term revenue and strength for the company.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Mr. Wilert Orawanwong<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer of TBSP Public Company Limited (“TBSP”), an international manufacturer of plastic cards and high-security printing transitioning into a “Tech-Driven Manufacturing Platform,” disclosed that in the second quarter of 2026 the company generated combined revenue from sales and services of THB 131.5 million, an increase of 166.1% year-on-year, while the net loss for the period was THB 20.3 million, narrowing from a loss of THB 142.8 million in the same period last year. This reflects a continued recovery in operating performance following the business restructuring, cost control measures, and more efficient internal management, together with the company beginning to recognize revenue from new, high-potential businesses \u2014 a positive signal of the company’s return to profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


For the first six months of 2026, the company recorded combined revenue from sales and services of THB 242.7 million, an increase of 227.1% year-on-year, while the net loss for the period was THB 18 million, narrowing from a loss of THB 327.7 million in the same period last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


“Given the outstanding first-half results, with revenue growth of more than 227% and a steadily narrowing loss, TBSP remains committed to management grounded in good governance and transparency in order to build solid financial stability, with the aim of delivering sustainable value and returns to shareholders and all stakeholders going forward. This recovery is the result of proactive measures undertaken by management, spanning cost control, liquidity management, and production efficiency improvements, together with the expansion into the electronics manufacturing and assembly services (EMS) segment, which has begun generating revenue and shows significant growth potential. The company views this business as an important New S-Curve for building long-term revenue and organizational strength,” Mr. Wilert added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the company has continued to retain its existing customer base in the plastic card and personal data recording systems business, while expanding into new business opportunities leveraging its internationally recognized expertise in high-security printing and manufacturing technology. As a result, the company has continued to gain growing trust from both government and private-sector clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“These results are a positive signal reflecting that the company’s organizational restructuring, cost management, and new business strategy are increasingly bearing tangible fruit \u2014 particularly the expansion into the EMS (electronics manufacturing services) business, which will reinforce long-term growth potential and help diversify and balance the company’s revenue sources.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nevertheless, the company will continue to focus on improving operational efficiency and maintaining financial discipline, alongside expanding into businesses with strong potential, in order to drive stable growth in operating performance and deliver strong long-term returns to shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the company places importance on sustainable growth alongside its business performance, operating in line with ESG principles across environmental, social, and governance dimensions, in order to balance economic growth with responsibility toward society and the environment. The company is carrying out various initiatives to support the use of clean energy and reduce long-term environmental impact \u2014 for example, a sustainable energy and environmental conservation project that has begun converting the vehicles used in its business operations from internal combustion engines to electric vehicles, a process carried out during 2026 \u2014 in order to build growth that is stable, transparent, and sustainable in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
